Plains Wild Indigo

• Not native to Minnesota but grows well here and is fairly common in roadside restoration plantings.
• 2-4 feet, grows best in sunny areas
• Visited by a large variety of pollinators and provides excellent cover for birds
• Maintains stem straight and rigid, and resists late-season falling over or slumping
